Refund Policy

Overview

All purchases of Termopus subscriptions are final. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period, whether monthly or annual.

Monthly Plan ($9.90/month)

When you cancel your monthly subscription:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing month
  • You will not be charged for subsequent months
  • No refund will be issued for remaining days in your current billing month

Annual Plan ($99/year)

When you cancel your annual subscription:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing year
  • You will not be charged for subsequent years
  • No refund will be issued for remaining months in your current billing year

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial is completely free and does not require payment information. No charges are made during the trial, and therefore no refunds are applicable. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Web Purchases (Paddle)

If you purchased through our website, your payment was processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests for web purchases are subject to Paddle's refund policy and must be directed to Paddle. Submit a request through your Paddle receipt email or visit Paddle Support at paddle.com/support.

App Store Purchases

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be directed to the respective store:

  • Apple App Store: Request through Apple Support
  • Google Play Store: Request through Google Play Help

These requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not control their decisions.

Discretionary Refunds

While our standard policy does not provide for refunds, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us at Support@termopus.com. Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your device identifier or license information
  • The date of purchase
  • Your payment method (web, App Store, or Google Play)
