All purchases of Termopus subscriptions are final. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period, whether monthly or annual.

The 7-day free trial is completely free and does not require payment information. No charges are made during the trial, and therefore no refunds are applicable. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, you will not be charged.
If you purchased through our website, your payment was processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests for web purchases are subject to Paddle's refund policy and must be directed to Paddle. Submit a request through your Paddle receipt email or visit Paddle Support at paddle.com/support.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be directed to the respective store:

While our standard policy does not provide for refunds, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
