These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Termopus, including the mobile application, desktop bridge component, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Termopus ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Tel Aviv, Israel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. This age requirement aligns with the GDPR age of digital consent applicable in most EU member states.
Termopus is a mobile application that enables remote control and monitoring of Claude Code sessions. The Service consists of:
All communication between your devices is end-to-end encrypted. The relay server only transmits opaque encrypted blobs and cannot access your code or session content. Note that while message content is fully encrypted, operational metadata (such as connection timestamps, IP addresses, and device identifiers) may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial period ends, access to the Service is immediately suspended. You must actively subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
We offer two paid subscription plans:
Both plans include identical features and full access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payments may be processed through:
For web purchases, Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes (including VAT) based on your location. The final price including taxes will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply at next renewal. For annual subscribers, any price change will only take effect at the start of your next annual billing cycle — your current annual term is not affected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service, your app store account settings, or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
Cooling-off period: If you are located in the EU or a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, you may cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not substantially used the Service during that period. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
For app store purchases, refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. For web purchases through Paddle, refund processing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
If payment fails, we may suspend access after a 7-day grace period. Access will be restored upon successful payment.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features that are not yet generally available. These features are provided "as is" without any warranties, may contain bugs or errors, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
